Hallo Germany!

I'm currently looking for an EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager for an impressively growing but consolidated global company. Tech, IT/SOftware background with 5-10 years of experience and English and German skills.

Company with footprint in 80+ countries and 3,000+ employees for a company experiencing high growth since the past 30 years. Based in EMEA, but part of the global TA team spread across several countries reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

 Carry out all first round face to face interviews, including cultural fit assessment

 Report directly to the Global Head of Talent and substitute him when he is not present

 Define all roles fully with line Manager in the different locations and prepare job spec and adverts
 Search LinkedIn and other online sources for candidates
 Work with business and the leaders to define hiring plans on an annual and quarterly basis
 Run in house and external hiring events and attend trade fairs
 Work on other HR projects such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity, Onboarding


Qualifications

 8+ Years of experience working in recruitment either inhouse, RPO or agency/search side
 Experience in the Technology/IT sector
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Project Management with excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail

 Handles Pressure, Judgment, Phone skills, Employment Law, understands IT/Tech vocabulary
