* Design, develop and implement software that improves the stability, scalability, availability and latency of our platform
* Take ownership of services and have the freedom to do what is best for our business and customers
* Solve problems occurring with our highly available production systems and build solutions and automation to prevent them from happening again
* Build effective monitoring to monitor the health of your system, and jump in to handle outages
* Build microservices with CNCF projects (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Opentracing) for our production infrastructure


* Experience with building, operating and maintaining complex and scalable systems
* Solid foundation in Linux administration and troubleshooting
* Proven experience with automation
* Strong coding, algorithm design, debugging skills
* Good proficiency in spoken and written German and English Desired Skills
* Expert level in Software Development in Golang
* Experience with Automation (Terraform, SaltStack, CloudFormation, Ansible)
* Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with design and implementation of REST-style APIs
* Experience with AWS and GCE
* Proficiency in German and English
