As a Support Analyst, you will need to have strong analytical skills and showcase a analytical way of thinking. We are looking for someone who is innovative and can adapt themselves to any situation. It is key that Support Analyst have great verbal and written communication skills in English and German. As well as being customer orientated, putting quality at all your forefront.

Responsibilities of a Support Analysis

The Support Analysis will perform hands-on application maintenance and technical development activities. Leading communications with clients by through tickets assigned and conduct necessary works to find innovation solutions within time bound. As well as ensuring quality services are delivered, following the best practices. In addition to identifying new technical opportunities for continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements for a Support Analysis

- MUST be fluent in German Language.
- Experience in maintenance and support of BI Applications.
- 5+ years' experience in AMS (Application Maintenance Support) or development projects involving either of the following: Informatica/ETL or Informatica or Java J2EE or Cognos or Qlikview/Qliksense.
- Experience in working with ITIL framework is preferred.
